IEFCC is a coalition of community based service providers, advocates, researchers and returning citizens working closely with state & local government agencies. Our mission is to educate residents, community organizations and employers in the Inland Empire about the Fair Chance Act (AB 1008) to reduce employment discrimination based on previous justice system involvement.

Time For Change Foundation (TFCF) is dedicated to assisting disenfranchised families recovering from the effects of substance abuse, incarceration and mental health issues. TFCF offers a full continuum of housing from emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, and affordable housing for families and individuals.
Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) provides immediate and effective employment to individuals returning home from incarceration. CEO guarantees every participant who completes orientation up to four days a week of transitional work on a crew and daily pay.
Project Rebound is a program assisting formerly incarcerated individuals wanting to enter and succeed at California State University, San Bernardino. By offering resources, Project Rebound attempts to help students with their basic needs so that they can concentrate on gaining expertise in their field of study and achieve educational and personal empowerment.

National Employment Law Project fights to ensure the promise of opportunity and economic security through work for all individuals. NELP is working to expand fair-chance hiring laws to every corner of the nation, because of their belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to work for a better life.
